The Virtual Academy for Performing Artists (VAPA) is a European initiative designed to support young theatre practitioners in advancing their professional skills within the fields of social theatre, puppetry, and self-entrepreneurship in the cultural and creative industries.
The project aims to provide young artists with access to structured training, practical experiences, and professional development opportunities that will strengthen their artistic capacities and equip them for a sustainable career in the performing arts sector. Through a combination of educational programmes, workshops, mentoring, and public performances, participants will enhance both their artistic and entrepreneurial competencies.
Key project results include:
- Development of two specialised training programmes
- Production of five theatre performances and ten public presentations
- Creation of five puppetry scripts and fifteen performances
- Preparation of thirty personalised career development plans for young artists

The project is implemented with the goal of enhancing the cultural landscape and strengthening the role of young artists as active contributors to creative and inclusive societies.
