Project Details
The project SkillsCompass (or C-Skills) aims to support young people with specific learning difficulties—such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, and ADHD—by offering inclusive digital tools for career counseling. It also provides targeted training to build the capacities of youth, as well as the professionals who support them, including mentors, career counselors, and youth workers.
The project’s core objective is to develop a comprehensive guide featuring Interactive training, inclusive digital tools and to deliver hands-on training that equips professionals in the youth sector to effectively support young people with learning differences. By helping them make informed career choices and plan their future paths, the project contributes to improving their employability, well-being, and personal growth.
